Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, items must:
- Be in good condition
- Be unused and unworn
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

The return period and eligibility details are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.
Exchanges & Refunds
We offer both exchanges and refunds depending on the situation and product availability.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue, Sant Clair will cover the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@santclair.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- An exchange
- A full or partial refund
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@santclair.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
